Review by hotel critic
Tucked away in the serene village of Badia Prataglia, Albergo Giardino is a tranquil haven that embodies the essence of Tuscany. Step inside and be greeted by a warm ambiance where families are embraced with open arms. As a sailor and dog lover, I sought a pet-friendly retreat, and Albergo Giardino exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Our child under 6 years old was delighted by the thoughtful touches, like the welcoming pack of toys in the room. Despite language barriers, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The inclusive atmosphere extended to our furry companions, who were pampered with special treats.Exploring the surrounding nature and historic landmarks was a breeze, thanks to the hotel's central location. In the evenings, we relished homemade delicacies at the restaurant, savoring each bite amidst conversations filled with laughter. Albergo Giardino isn't just a hotel; it's a retreat for families seeking tranquility and genuine hospitality along the Italian coast.
